Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. The price and scope on each package page is what you pay for. Anything beyond it is a separate, priced option, chosen by you — never discovered on an invoice.
What if my project doesn't fit one of the 16 packages?
That's what Bespoke / Enterprise is for. Tell us the scope at /contact/ and we'll price it directly rather than force it into a box that doesn't fit.
Who owns the finished work?
You do, in full, once you’ve paid in full. Anything not yet paid for stays ours.
Can I cancel a subscription any time?
Yes — Website Care Plan and Design Subscription both cancel any time before the next renewal date, with no minimum term and no notice period.
What happens between checkout and kickoff?
We schedule a kickoff to lock scope against your package’s published inclusion list before any design work starts.
